If the poster changes the link to something else like his website, any people who click it will be sent there. This is basicly advertising, but without telling people what the link leads to.
So? Is it allowed?

In most browsers, when you hold your mouse on a link, you'll see in the left or right under corner the link, like me in Opera. So could I see without even clicking it that it leads to ee.forumify.com

This. Who wouldn't have this? Every browser I'm aware of will pop up the link's URL when you hover over the link. Even the iPhone does it if you touch a link and don't let go.
What about when you try to find the invisible text(color=black)? You may click on it?
