Ok, My sister is looking into getting an EE account, I was wondering..

We share the same computer, and if she gets a forum account would I get in trouble since we share an IP address?

Because that would technically be multi-accounting, right?

A mod would have to confirm this, but I don't think two accounts on the same IP address is considered multi-accounting. As long as the mods know that the reason you share an IP address is because you share a computer, you should be safe.

As long as you let us know you'll have two people on the same IP address, it's allowed.

So that means we have 2 rules now:
1. No massive account sharing
2. No multiple accounts on 1 IP without admins or mods knowing it.

This is for the forums Gamer, not for EE itself.
You can have many accounts on one ip in EE

Yeah, make sure the mods know, that's how my sister got (temporarily) banned.   She hasn't been on since, and I think it's because she got upset that she got banned, albeit for ten minutes.

I used to share a computer be then I got my laptop but at least you told the mods about this, so now you are able to let your sis have an account
