Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

How you can be a better mod. Umm, resign.

You are okay with a job a bit, but sometimes you're doing it totally wrong. Some topics that shouldn't be closed and accusing people of EE-Drams or something when it totally isn't.

Honestly, you were way cooler when you weren't a mod.

Re: How can I be a better mod?

....your post depresses me deeply.

I'd defend myself but it's pointless so I'll just fix it instead of talking about it.

It seems to me that he isn't being dictatorial, he just seems that way because he's trying to do the jobs of all the mods who aren't as active as they should/could be.

Equals much confusion.

Resign. Leave the forums. The best thing to do when you're a bad mod is to quit, plain and simple.

It's... hm.... I locked it because it's a topic supporting minimodding, but... not exactly a good reason, is it...

Re: How can I be a better mod?

Stop calling people retards. As a mod you are an example and that is NOT the way to do it. You know what I'm talking about.

*EDIT*

You can just tell him to use the report button for example or ask him why he thinks minimodding is needed in the first place. Hear people out, be nice.

He said anyone that wanted to join him could do, which was an option for them regardless of his post.   It may be stupid, but I see nothing gained from closing it.
Edit:
Basically, do what you should do and not what you want or are told to do.   While I can't say I've followed your actions very closely, I don't think you're a terrible mod.

Re: How can I be a better mod?

When you lock topics or give advice to new people, give little lessons to them at the same time. Give them something they should change or improve on so they don't keep creating topics destined for the graveyard. The lessons can simply be a link to a helpful topic on the subject, or an explanation of why the post wasn't topic worthy. When you're giving these lessons, convey them in the same way you'd convey a lesson on riding a bike to your little brother. Kindly, yet respectfully.

Just one thing. Try to be yourself. Don't copy other mods/admins attitude. You are all unique at different things.

Re: How can I be a better mod?

You should consider being courteous to others before posting. Remember that time you called me a retard? I don't care, but many other people would get angry.

EDIT: This is about Chimi telling Different55 to teach people as he would teach his little brother. If Different55 talked to me as if I was some stupid little brother I would get very angry. I would tell him to #@$#%^$#!&
