Javascript Problem?

Mmmkay, well recently the buttons above the row of smileys that say B, Img, Quote, etc. Haven't been doing anything. I don't know if this is just me or not, but I use them quite often and it's getting annoying. The smileys don't work either, though this:

Appears at the bottom of the browser when hovering over an image of one, unlike the other buttons.

Recent things that I've done that I think may have caused this are...
- Installed the HotKeyBB Extension for Opera... This isn't working either, but it was a few days ago.
-Disabled scripts from running on another page.

Okay, now no flash games seem to work apart from EE.

Chimi, what browser do you use? (and is this happening in other browsers on your machine?)

Edit: Derp, I should learn to read. Hold on a second.
2nd edit: Try disabling that Opera extension. It sounds like the most likely culprit.

That screenie is of Opera. Those are the turbo, unite, and link buttons.

Hit F12 and screenie the menu there.

Didn't affect it, even after a refresh.

Just checked and this problem doesn't seem to be affecting Safari. I'd still like it to be fixed on Opera though.

Yes, I checked before and Javascript is Enabled, but here you go anyways.

EDIT: I restarted Opera after disabling HotkeyBB and now it works. Thanks guiz.
