Shouldn't this be a bannable offense?

I keep watching EpicStoneMason Say that he is going to plant a ton of viruses on this site. Shouldn't he be getting warnings for this? or should we just let him say what he wants to make people believe?

BTW he said he will never be banned because he can make a proxy so the mods can get viruses for banning him. (not possible I believe)

Absolute BS. Get a virus from a proxy? The only one in danger of that is the user of the proxy, and we know how to look for proxies and we do a check on every new user. If he's banned, he's not getting back in.

With my weak knowledge of FTP and whatnot, he can't plant viruses here without the FTP user and pass.

He's been getting warnings for trolling for that, so yes.
