DP Warning

I think none of the double posting stuff should appear unless you click inside the box. Then the box should turn red, the red text should appear, and the button change to Reply with Double Post.

Yeah, what D55 and Bobithan said.   Only appear when you click in the box, and flashing text.   It should also come up on the "Post Reply" page.
