I don't have specific examples, it's just my opinion of you. It's a collective effort of all your words mutually working together to make you a little rude. Not like it matters.

Can you please tell me how the second one is rude?
And the third one was just me stating facts, and laughing at someone's misinformed state. I can see how you might think it was rude, but it wasn't really meant to be.

Also, the whole "rude/impolite" thing isn't really a major thing, right?

You probably don't do that no more but I'm starting to realize it when (distant classmate who's name will be a secret) told me. Like I guess when people are trying to be nice to you and ask a question you'd say(plz answer)...
