That was a fake Chris, take a look at his info. This is the real Chris. Sadly he doesn't come on the forums anymore.

He was bumping a topic. There's a difference between bumping and triple posting. Although, you're suppose to bump the topic if its been inactive for a week or more. So, he was actually triple posting, you can report him for that.
