I think, that in the Off-Topic Section, there should be a requests section.
Of course, this would be heavily regulated to stop ridiculous/unreasonable requests.

What do I mean by request?

Or you could just put it in off-topic and help off-topic stop being so nubby and full of the same old stuff, including things that say, 'lol chek ut diz kool vid' with the OP just having a youtube link.
Plus it would be sort of pointless because we don't have many topics about requests for this to be a problem.
It would be a good idea if the conditions were right.
