Arrivals & Departures Thread would be nice.

I see a lot of topics recently about people leaving and coming back, and I wish all of those could be said in a stickied thread in the Offtopic section. My other forum did this, and I think this would create some more organization and prevent less spam threads. Thanks!

Whenever the idea came up before it's always been bashed by admins, and the... I don't know what to call them. Young kids like sethknisely would not post in that topic, they would still make their own.

Does that explain you having 160 posts in 3 days of being a forum member? You just see what opinions others have and say it in a different way to get a high post count. Stop doing it, seriously, it's annoying.
