Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

What should we have instead of just these? Ranks will help encourage more posting and act as a small reward for being active. This shows up as your "Title" on the forums.
If you want to help out by suggesting ranks, please also give a recommended post count in order to achieve this ranking.
At the suggestion of Chris, the theme we'd like is: Building/designing titles
Samples: Architect, Chief Architect, Engineer
Post count rankings is never a good idea in my opinion. People will spam threads just to get their post count up.
But they don't actually matter, just make you sound cooler. If you're actually spamming, we'll just ban you (Or give you a warning if you're borderline spamming)

After that you can do things like "Chief architect" or "design/civil engineer." All of these titles have to do with the process of building/construction.

I doubt anyone could even make it to 1000 posts anytime soon, much less 5k, 10k, 50k and 100k.

That sounds pretty good actually. And it should last us for at least another two weeks or so. I'll put them in if more people agree.
I like that suggestion actually.
Though, might I add that few of us never really do designs in terms of levels, but in the graphical department instead. Would it be possible to throw in a few titles that would works for us in tandem with the titles that Silverflash-x suggested?
Suggest all titles that you want, though this forum is primarily for EE players (And apparently amazing artists as well)
Just "Designer" would actually be nice.

I guess this is cool.
Maybe at 2000, you can ask staff for a custom rank.
Ranks are now active, with what Silverflash suggested but with Chief Architect at 1500 posts. Please, feel free to suggest more ranks, but be sure to include a post value as well.
Nin10mode, custom ranks sound cool but would add a lot of work for the forum staff, we would have to spend time updating people's ranks. I think it would be best if we stuck to a set list.
Nice, there's ranks now.
I'm going to have to make a lot of posts if I wanna be a Chief Achitect. >:D

I'd only be a surveyor lol
Oh, and here's the official warning: If you are spamming to get your post count up and your rank up, we WILL set your post count back to 0.
Lol, I saw I was a Carpenter, and I did a double-take, and "wtf is that"
Then immediately searched out this topic. Glad to see silver's thoughts took place.
Yep. I'm sure everyone will be doing a double-take when they see their ranks.
Engineer, baby! I'm gonna be that one of these days!
I'm a surveyor We've already got a Foreman, too! (No, I haven't spammed for my post count, I have real legit posts (but they're all in forum games, lol))
As I said though, post count does NOT indicate a higher status, nor does title. It's for personal achievement.

There's a problem, who's going to reach 1000 post.
