Topics such as:
shouldn't be allowed. Topics like this are telling people to donate to the maker of the topic for them to get some thing.
And for the topic above, It's in the Creative section.

you don't really need money to the the fan boy smiley though. If it said big spender/diamond/beta then i would agree with you but that topic doesn't seem too bad although it is in the wrong section because i would say that is "creative"
