Topic Graveyard Bug
If you go to Topic Graveyard, you can see some topics blue instead of grey. They ARE locked, you can't post, they are just blue for some reason.

Well it's not a bug, and if you thought it was it should've been in bug reports. Second, not all topics have too be locked to be in graveyard. Maybe the mods/admins forget too lock it, or they like posting there 
. Either way it's not a bug.

In the topic graveyard normal users do not have permissions to post, even if it's not locked. Moderators can only post in unlocked topics, since nobody moderates the graveyard.
Also, this does NOT go in Bug Reports. Bug Reports is for EE bugs ONLY. Forum bugs go in Forum Discussion so this topic is placed correctly.
