Why do signature bars occasionally not appear?

For the past couple of days, this has been happening. In some signatures, there is no dividing line. What's the deal, yo?

EDIT3: owwww my brian. Img works but url doesn't, but it most likely will when I post this edit... So no more edits to this post.
EDIT4: and I screwed up the url thing I am screwing up today -_-. I must take a break.
EDIT ONCE AGAIN: Alright, so you forgot to edit out Ip's, and you're internet is screwed up. I went to the topic and all 3 posts had the ____. How strange, I I must not edit anymore.

Shouldn't you have blurred out their IPs or something? Also, does it occur when you refresh? Is it a specific person or other similar conditions, such as only on some first posts? This calls for experimentation and the scientific method.

Allow me to fix that whole silly "IP" thing.

No, I did not use URL tags. I used image tags. My picture works fine for me.

It's consistently the first two posts in a topic (the first being the topic post) and then random ones throughout. Refreshing changes nothing, and it's not on a per-user basis (Even within topics).

Looks like it doesn't think they have a signature.

Other than that, I have no idea.   I have signatures disabled.
