Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

OK,so....there's this thing called inspect element(right click and you'll probably find it or if you've hit f12(I know chrome will at least)),and in there is a console that will tell you the errors and warnings.
Well, one of those errors(on all "working" pages of the forums) is "Port error:Could not establish connection. Receiving end does not exist.(empty space) miscellaneous_bindings:232"
The only reason this doesn't work on the other pages is because it make the error message instead of the normal page...
So,yeah....that could be an issue....

The error states "Error: Unable to fetch category/forum list."
Which means it is probably failing to get the tables from the database.
Port 232 is common for TCP/UDP transfers, the ports 225-241 are usually reserved for this.
"Error: Unable to fetch post info." is probably caused by the same error as the index is having.

1. Opera, Chrome, and Firefox all have some version of this Inspect Element. Opera's is Opera Dragonfly and it's awesomesauce.
2. If this is forum-related, why is it posted in the EE forum instead of the Forum Discussion?
