Anyone else sick of him repping for no reason?
He's -repped me 3 times for my signature even after I PMed him the second time telling him to stop.. He even replied "fine"..

What Failgirl101 said is what it comes down to. If he's turning it on, repping, then turning it off, that should be reported to a moderator.
He's banned until 2014 though, so no need to worry right now.
