That would be a really interesting graph, have you stopped making graphs now? Or will you return?
I'm not done just yet, I've just been rather busy these past few days. I'll get to it soon.
Also, can I have a clearer explanation of the graph? I have three interpretations in my head, and I'm not sure which one is actually correct.

Seems like a lot of the bans happen as a result of people raking up warnings over time rather than being bad users from the start (see: bans of users over 1k posts chart). A good point for the "timed warning removal" idea that was thrown around quite a bit a while back.
I hate tall signatures.
