User EtsukoReynolds72 is most likely a spam bot, but I can't report it because it hasn't made any posts.

There are plenty of spam bots that haven't posted. It would be a hassle to ban each one separately.

I don't think anyone's going to find the user though so it doesn't matter; it isn't bothering anyone.
Plus I thought you're allowed to advertise, as long as it's in the right place and it doesn't count as spam. Especially in a sig, it's fine because it's just the same as doing something like advertising a youtube channel.
