People can + or -rep for the most stupid reasons.. mostly -rep. Anyway.. 23.380952381

It sure would be great if +/-reps were anonymous.. I wouldn't have so many revenge -reps then.

But then someone could -rep you over and over again with no good reason without you knowing who that person is.

For the confused, take a person with 5 rep and 20 posts for example:

||||| (rep)

If you disperse the rep evenly, this is what you end up with:
|||| | |||| | |||| | |||| | |||| |

Every four posts he gets one rep. Therefore the posts per rep is 4. (Posts / Rep)
One post is worth one fourth a rep. Therefore, the rep per post is 0.25. (Reps / Post)

The title suggests the second option, but is asking for the first option.
