If you're talking about Echo's ban around the mid of the last year, it was certainly not only about being a pervert.
Well, I only remember something about previously promising the mods he'll not make explicit posts, prison and Takoman02..

He never made explicit posts and prison never came into the discussion. He made an agreement with TakoMan02 to not make creeperposts, and he broke the agreement and was permabanned.
Anyway, they were talking about a 1-hour ban that Echo! received earlier today.

Your assumptions are full of hysteria. Prison had nothing at all to do with my permanent ban.. I was threatened with the retribution of going to prison after I perpetrated a "crime". However, I only had to plead guilty to a misdemeanant. Though, that was still a big enough punishment for something that was so minor. Nothing can justify my actions. But, nothing could justify the sentence they gave.
As for the posts. It never had anything to do with explicit posts. Unless you classify a simple kiss as explicit. It had more to do with Tako getting bored of me. And, I never made a "promise" it wasn't a deal, I was told not to or I'll get banned, there was no choice from me.
Anyway, on this forum. I have received two, one hour bans. Both for being a creep.

Ok, I'm sorry. That was 7 months ago, I forgot almost everything about it.
I used the word "explicit" posts because I honestly couldn't find a better word while writing, but yeah 'creepy' would've been better. The prison part was something Zoey mentioned probably long after (or maybe long before?) it, and I got confused - the forum was pretty frenetic at that time, so in my memory I lumped together everything that I still remembered from forumify.
