The answer I got from Megalamb - and other people whom I believe have some means of contact with Cyclone - was along these lines. Not exactly "shortly" (it might be nothing actually valid as well), but Cyclone seems to be working on it.

He actually might release it when Cape Copenhagen begins updating EE again (which I think will be very soon).

I'm not helping Cyclone, but if he needs an unmodified backup of the database, I'll give it to him.
It doesn't seem as though he has a recent backup. But I'm anticipating the original forums return as well.

EDIT: oooops, i forgot, was i permabanned or something? I forgot why i created lovelemons and all, that might have gotten me banned, crap.

No, its not. When someone is banned they stay that way, although on the old forums we usually don't ban for longer than 6 months now.

He wasn't all that biased, actually. Not on this at least. While I disagree with the permanence of the ban, I don't disagree with the ban itself. It had to be done. It was dangerous for you to think that behavior was okay and it was dangerous for the kids on the forum to have you doing some of the things you did.

Nothing from what I know. I don't think Cyclone has any plans soon to bring back the original forums.
His idea of 'shortly' is longer than one would infer.
