Locked on Request of Owner

Topics shouldn't be locked on request of owner unless the topic becomes pointless without them. There was still discussion going on in Calicara's Taking Things Personally topic, and just because she doesn't want to participate in the discussion anymore doesn't mean it should be locked and killed. Only in cases where the topic depends on the owner should it be locked when the owner requests it. In this case, one person who wanted to stop participating in the thread managed to stop all users from participating in the thread just because she happened to be the person who created it.
