-Graphics suggestions can be Game suggestions sub-forum.
-Bug reports can be Forum discussions sub-forum.

Cuz if it's the off-topic option, sure. There always seems to be a ton of off-topic discussions.

I meant it to be off topic discussion, for example a topic like "What do you think about fishing" or "Your opinion on Ukraine".

General Discussion > Unofficial Contests
and
General Discussion > News to discuss

Political and philosophical discussions, conspiracy theories, debates...? treejoe would like that.

Everyone should have access to it at first, but if they are trollish, then they get blacklisted
