My account was deleted?

This exact same account has been deleted from the database. Just vanished, poof! I try to do forgot my password but it said my e-mail doesn't exist. I registered once again with the same details I was sent in my e-mail last time. So right now I basically got 2 Welcome mails and they say the same username.

Did you make your account after March 31? Because from what I can tell everything since then was wiped.
