What happened to the admin name color change?

Why don't administrators have gold usernames anymore? And why don't moderators have green usernames? I actually kind of preferred them with different colors so I knew who was what. Is this intentional or a bug?
EDIT: Seems also my avatar is gone. Bugs I presume?

I reinstalled the entire forum.

That removed all the mods.

Yeah, and while reinstalling, you did a great job of letting anyone reinstall the forum for you.

That page was only up for around 1 min, and would have effected nothing since I manually copied over the config.php

What causes the newline bug escapes me then, because it was a complete reinstall.

I rememebr that page. So if there are no mods and admins, who will make them come back?
Edit: I've noticed alot of bugs, so I'll just put them here
So first of all, no admins/mods
The "Logged in" sign is above the logo
There is no link below the most recent post user in each sub-forum

What bugs?

There are no more bugs except the new line bug and the top bar being slightly off.

The last visit and topics menu is supposed to be at the top
