Let's put in parallel and I want you're opinions.
From the eye of a admin:
We are making this forum work, but we never get Thanks for that ----By this occasion I want to say you admins that you got the Thanks from all -----. The host isn't free we need to adv everyone to get money. They don't pay us. ---That's not true we pay you admins with similes ,I am sorry that users makes you're life difficult ----. There's lot of time spend ---if so you can add new moderators----. The user will never be happy ---that's true we are humans we always want more---
From the eye of user:
The admins are the best people on earth but simultaneity the most evil one. They don't want to share the power with anybody "OMG OMG I want to have the power of a admin but I don't want to do nothing useful. PLZ LOL HEY" but they can't trust us... " I want that too why I can't have it" because they want to be "special". We want to support them help but they are always too modesty and they say "NOO WE CAN, JUST PLAY" but is not true they have a lot of pressure on their shoulders---.
I hope this will help for both sides.

Who ask for admin are random noobs that don't read rules, i know there no point to be admin, just to have mod mode and brag.

His native language isn't English. The dashes are supposed to represent quotation marks.
