Apparently the cool thing to do these days is to make posts that have no point other than being rude to other forum. I'm not going to go as far as saying "This needs to stop" or "If you do this you'll be banned," but this kind of thing:

you have the custom title
Formerly: a scrub

well nobody cares about you and nobody cares about the formerly so it doesnt really matter

is not good. I'm not going to do anything if you keep it up, but I'd like to remind everyone that the first "rule" on the rules page is

Be Nice - The Everybody Edits community is one composed of a variety of cultures, ages, languages, thoughts, and ideas. Please be respectful of your fellow players and don't forget that there is a human on the other end of the keyboard.

Again, this isn't any sort of command, rule, or anything else. This is just me saying "If we could stop being pointlessly rude to each other, that'd be great."

Why is that the cool thing? It's kind of annoying. I think if a person repeatedly makes rude post they should be given a warning.

Rules? What rules? Your admin colleagues now make 1 point custom rule for everything they don't like. Don't you see there are no more rules in top of page?
Different55 if I been rude to you I'm sorry you should have the respect of we all, you never had given a unfairness warning to nobody. I ask admins sometimes why they give me... They don't even response. And sometimes I got message from you and Tako as "it's not against the rules but please don't do it anymore"

I think it was a plugin or something that placed it in navbar and I erased it when I did a fresh install.

I wouldn't give example of who disrespect me, but they disrespect me a lot, and mostly reason is cause my grammar.

I assume English is not your native language. Something you past are a little confusing, but very few people have a problem with it.

I've been banned for speaking against digbots. I very seriously doubt this.

I seriously doubt that the act speaking against digbots itself was the reason for the ban.

Also, I've updated the first post to clarify that while I personally won't do anything to you if you find it necessary to make posts for the sole purpose of being rude, I can't speak for the other adminmods.
