That's the point, you can't go around kicking and banning for personal feelings, you need to have a legitimate reason for the ban.

Why would he be basking on the beach? AUGUST FOURTH. He'll be back from vacation then, and he can deal with things. I assume when they say 'vacation' they just mean that they have time off work. It's just like a break. They won't necessarily be going anywhere nice.

People who are picked would not be so immature. They will obviously come to an agreement. They'll discuss like civil human beings and decide the best option. Even if they don't, they'll realise eventually that one of them has to give up, and THEN they will be forced to agree on something.

I personally think that the admins will be sure to pick the right guys for the job, I don't know hoe many guardiands they intend to have in the end but the guardians have to treat everyone as equals in all situations.

For instance do guardians hopefull have a way to discuss matters if they are insecure about what to do, There's no shame in asking for help. The worst thing for a guardian to solve is probably groupfights (If that ever happens) When people group up together to go against people. But no matter how he does it he should always take it into consideration before he starts dishing out Kicks and bans!

The easies way to pretend guardians in a fight is always a 3rd party solution and others oppinions before their own opinnion!

I realise but it depends on who it is because different people do things and feel differently but yes, I see your point.

I haven't seen NVD and Ultrabass around a lot lately, and they were mostly afking =S

I talked to julian early this morning, and have been talking to Brian for the past several weeks.
I'm a little confused as to why ultra bass was still chose.

Just about anything someone with guardian does will receive critism. And julian told me this morning that he will not hesitate to remove a guardian, and he will keep tabs on what their doing.

The community also wouldn't hesitate to report any wrong doing of a guardian. All it takes is refraining from banning at the blink of an eye. I don't see any of us doing that.

No warning systems allows for error to continue to happen. I think if they mess up, they get banned. Period.

To be honest, Nvd and Ultrabass were poor choices in my opinion. The most notable thing they have done is create a 'second version' of Everybody Edits. They do not know the E.E. community well enough to moderate it properly.

Jawapa and Kingoftheozone on the other hand are clearly mature enough, and they are aware of this small community.

I don't think nvd will be a problem, I do think that ultra bass could be.
I also think something should be put in place to keep guardians from banning each other.
