Avatar KB range increased?

I was lazy by not searching through the 'search' feature to look for a similar topic to this, if a topic like this exists and shows a clear clarification can you post link and I will request lock

Hello, just wanted to know if the avatar size increased from the previous forum? It is now 400.2 KiB? Im sure that changed?

Yes, I increased the size of image and the dimensions that are allowed.
I'm not sure if it's specifically 400kb however.

EDIT: It's max 409800 bytes, which is 400.195 KB
The dimensions are max 120x120px.

Seeing as it is 400KB, if abuse occurs to this it will be limited lower.
