EE forum corruption

Seems that every admin make everything he wants. Admins are model and they make unjustified actions...   EE forum is again alive but is threatened by an different new type of dying. This forum get sick!
Ex.

I have no clue what kind of drugs and/or alcohol involved with Meredith's actions and I do not support them.

What a nice conversation for kids.

Nobody here has a sense of humour.

That's black humour.

I actually laughed at this, thanks for that.

On a more serious note, by virtue of the fact Atilla was not advocating the use of drugs makes it completely appropriate for children. I myself believe that there should be no taboo "subjects" and thus do not censor my language to is deemed to be "appropriate" by society.

Also on a less intellectual point, since when is saying that someone has no humor intrinsically black humor. And talking of intrinsic values, since when is black humor intrinsically "bad".

Tl;Dr

I like to have fun whereas some of the old admins did not. I have a sense of humor. Stay in drugs and don't do school

I like to have fun whereas some of the old admins did not. I have a sense of humor.

Can I just point out though, and I'm sure I'm the only one, but I really hate this new muffins/cakes/sprinkles crap. I get the moderators wanting to have fun, but the point of moderating a forum is to take care of the users, not play around with all the fancy features such as name color and title change.
I much prefer it when the moderators and admins run the forums formally, ie: Admins have gold names, moderators have green names, and users are given real labels depending on their post count and not the title "Sprinkles".

Lighten up. The forums are still run to keep them from being spammed. Atilla had no no part in this, it was Meredith. Just having some fun.

1. Ranks mod has not been installed for a while
2. Titles do not effect posting or viewing in anyway.

It's not like I played some bakery related song in the background of the page.

I know, and I think it's ok to have fun once in a while, but in the rare case EE gets updated and this page becomes relevant I'd like it to be realistically moderated. I'm also not a huge pastry fan so...

Actually I don't believe that people want humor from admins. I dont saying that shouldn't but are like a fight between you(admns).
It seems that this dumb topics are helping more and take a bigger effect so I will continue... Even I'm not proud of this.
Things like tiitle or color don't interest me but this forum is transformed into a carnaval.

Its not like this is Google or Microsoft and a site which is used by thousands of peoples a day. Who cares if a text is colored red or pink? Don't let a game take over your world. It's not worth the energy. Even if you get the community hating you, who cares? What would the world be without the people who explore things, make a joke and smile? Just because a admin acts like a human and not like a auto-response robot, - you won't die by that. This forum should be here to gain information and spent a lil' bit of time enjoyable here. Because having a good time is what makes a good community. If we would put as much energy in respecting others and having fun with them, this would be a much better place, trust me.

Anyways. Just my opinion to this topic <3.
PS: and if this forum transforms into a carnival, I don't mind. lots of < 16 people are here. It's already a little kindergarten here, and if they have fun - alright
