Slidding tabs

Do you know the tabs next to the logo(Index, Users, Search...)? If you click and hold then moving the mouse to the right, you can slide them to the right and change the forum width.

What browser are you using? try sliding the title of this topic to the right and see if that also effects the width

I use Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome lags too much because of a item i can't remove.
EDIT: Oh wait, it happens in Internet Explorer too.
