Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

BTW Opera is auto-reloading every 3 minutes so I should be on 24/7 except the times my parents see opera open and hidden and they close it.
Annoying as hell. Luckily, I just found out that FF does a 'restore previous session' thing, so it's not a problem if they close it.
Anywho...
Nice guide, I'll start reporting more, etc, making jareky feel like this is useful
I kid.
EDIT: THEY ALL. HAVE. TRANSPARENCY.
Talking about the image, of course.

... It annoys me when people point out their *ahem* black text.
and Opera has a setting that automatically reloads the last session.
The last session or any session you previously saved. I don't see that I FF, now do I? ... how did we end up talking about browsers? Back on-topic. The important thing is that Opera is keeping a constant mod presence around.

Question: Is calling someone out on minimodding considered another form of minimodding? Minimod-modding?
e.g.
puppyspree113: zomg spam iz agenst teh rools STOP!!1!
Supadorf24: Leave the rule enforcing to a mod.
In that scenario, would a mod either say nothing or say, "SUPADORF U IDIOT UR MINIMODDING >:C"?

I'd say nothing.

I know how mini-mods annoying are. Are users trying to be a mod, without moderator's powers. A user must report, don't say to the users "Badwords, you get a warning" becouse he can't give warnings. Give warnings is work of moderators, and sometimes you don't want give he a warning. I have my own forum, so i know it.
I have 2 questions:
1) Can we request stickies through the report button? (Not topics that we own, obviously)
2) Should we report accidental double-posting?
Yeah, well, you know that's just like, uh, your opinion, man.

2) Should we report accidental double-posting?
How can we know that the person accidental double posted?

1) Not through the report system. The report system would get flooded with sticky requests, and 99.8% of those requests would be denied. Also, in my opinion, we already have too many sticky threads. (Yes, this thread is a sticky, and no, the irony isn't lost on me). If you believe the forum would benefit from sticky-ing a topic, send a PM to a mod.
2) @Betaguy I think TakoMan02 is talking about two duplicate posts in a row, as if the poster hit the "submit" button twice.
@TakoMan02 You don't have to say "accidental", but yes, report accidental double posts. A mod will get rid of the duplicate.

Like when you see 2 of the exact same post by the same person. I wasn't sure to report it, because it was obviously an accident.
Yeah, well, you know that's just like, uh, your opinion, man.

This may of already been submitted as a suggestion but I think you should move the Report Button to the top of a post because during the 1st forum raid I wanted to report the guy but I didn't because getting to the report would've scarred me for 2 lives so to avoid having to scroll down all that junk you should put the report button at the top of a post so the forum-goer can see that it's a raid post and quickly scroll up and report it.
Also, guys, BBCode doesn't work in reports. I think you'd be surprised at how many people try to put links and boldness and images in their report.
Yeah, well, you know that's just like, uh, your opinion, man.
