Err...I don't really think his signature is plagiarism or anything...now, if he were claiming that the image belonged to him, then yes, it would be. But perhaps he just likes it? I certainly don't own the kitten in my signature, but I like it, and as such, used it as my signature...

On topic, very nice! I love how the smiley looks grumpy. It should definitely be made into an Everybody Edits smiley one day.

Oh ya, like your signature doesn't have copyright issues all over it, you have tons of other peoples smileys in your sig and then you put your name on it like they are yours.

Also   if you joined yesterday how do you already have 120 posts?

Eh, those links don't work. You'll need to link to them directly, and not something from your gmail.

Try right clicking it and selecting copy image location or something.

They work just fine, and the image location IS STILL GOING TO BE GMAIL!
