We need a Pirate to combat the ninja smiley.
I've gone as far is to desaturate it and added some scars for realism.

Stay tuned for more smileys by me, or suggest smileys and I might make them.

Make the butt of the cigar in the pirates mouth level with the bottum of the smiley.

Hmm, I think unless the effect was very subtle it'd look really ugly.

photoshop alone.

I've basicly been drawing with a semitransperent pencil and then blur and smuding it abit to appear more fluid

Sleeping smiley! I'll be making a .gif in a second, too.

The idea is an afk mode, so you can type in chat /afk [reason] and you'll switch to the sleeping smiley animation untill you change the /afk mode.

And, of course, the sleeping smiley would be available to use normally, too.

It's only ten frames, but it looks ok, could use some tweaking, but it works. all the frames have .1 sec delay except the 1st frame, which has a .35 second delay.
