My first (troll) smiley

This is the very first smiley i every made.
So i dont have any idea's about how and what, so if any one has a good idea or something else what can inprove my smiley making skills, please say it.

Here is my troll smiley, I made him with paint and used a devil smiley.
I got my inspiration by just googleing troll. xD

You know, maybe it's just me but that looks a LEEETLE bit bigger than 16x16 or any of the other limits.

the size of the normal smileys are 16 x 16 (not including bunny and wizard)and the blocks have that same limit.:)

What's that stuff around it? Hair?

Fairly good for your first smiley. I'd clean it up a little bit. Make the outlines neater, and make the smile bigger.
