Lol not talking about the game, talking about the smiley.
You can look up copywriting on google and find info there, one important fact being that "a creation made on any software or game can still be copywrited as your own."

First off, your level might get deleted (depends if Chris cares or not).
And.......... that's about it.

Although you are completely free to reproduce it as long as you copyright it as my own directly on the level or indirectly, like on the EE Wiki or something. (I'm guessing you prefer solution #2 )

Hate to break it to you, but that's not Chris's job. And besides, EE is full of copied art.
There's really nothing you can do to stop it. It's kind of like the whole troll epidemic.
By the way, I like the smiley, though!

I guess the best thing to do is to just not think of it as stealing. I've seen my smileys copied a few times, but it just means that people like them. Think of it as spreading your art around. And, if someone is wondering who originally created the smiley, you can just direct them to this forum topic so they know that you were the original creator.
