I'm sure he either cut and pasted, or maybe he got the mods to pose with him. Anything is possible. Perhaps he is a secret mod himself?

I'm not a mod

I combined the official moderator glow with the official smilies (Not cutten out). I have those graphics, so you can ask me to put moderator glow with whatever smiley, and I'll do it with no problem.
