Independance Smiley (4th of July special smiley. Based on New Years)

I may touch up on this in the future, but this is my basic design. I took colors from the New Years, Big Spender, Christmas, and Wizard smileys to create this.

I may change the facial expression, since exact clones aren't fun to use.

Noone ever builds an English smiley or any other countries or states.

I have next idea to it:
if you have Independance smiley, you can choose the coutry. The Independance smiley of the county will be avaible on the day of Independance on the country (fe. Poland = white-red hat = avaible on November 11).

Just no... That's over 80 smileys for RPG to make.

I had originally used the shades from the New Year's smiley's hat and edited them to be red, white, and blue, but it's generally believed that that's ugly, so I completely redid the shading to something a little more prettied up. I've also pasted a few different smiley faces onto it, and have them all here:

Please continue to comment and criticize, I'd like this to be as good as it can get, as I'd like this to be included as my design, instead of someone important seeing mine, upping the design a little, and adding it to the game as their own. (I once made an Army smiley out of the builder, it got ignored because of its poor quality, and about a month later we get the Commando smiley, a military smiley based on the builder. I think it's nothing, but sometimes I have to think about it...)

he has a point because not everybody on this game is american, and for the british, it would be celebrating that they lost the east coast

Oh and I think the smiley of the valentines and Independence Day hat mixed I can tell the hat pixels are a bit off try working on that..
