Not oversized. I made sure to keep it 16 pixels on the side, It can go up and down a little bore than 16x16 btw... So.
And   @mkchipmunk: Just take the smiley colors, and turn them sideways, I don't really have to make a whole new smiley for it. Maybe a smiley wearing a gravity suit though?
