New Samauri Smiley

I did this crappy smiley in my spare time, If Chris Chooses to put this in EE, he will have to entirely re-do It. I constructed this with a ninja smiley, red brush, and the belt around the hat of the pilgrim smiley.

Well, here goes!

Why? Look at red lines: it out after the smiley. The smiley isnt 16x16. There's only one tint. The smiley is cut.
