i think she means 'why can't we see what other people are saying?', in which case i am asking that as well.

the only people who can chat are those who paid for it.   the ones who will be teaching everyone 'new words' are the ones what won't/can't pay the 1 cent, meaning they can't tell everyone 'new words'.
