Toggle QWERTY and AZERTY

I recommend people to play with WASD because with the arrows keys left+up+jump doesn't work ( it's a hardware problem with a vast majority of keyboards. )

Now someone came to ask for help in a certain level, I recommended using WASD, but him being French, he has an AZERTY keyboard, so using WASD doesn't work.

Maybe people can select QWERTY or AZERTY keyboards to remove this issue. Possibly even just a choice once when you log on.
