coin doors settable by keyboard
i really hope coin doors can be set by typing it instead of clicking it. its just too hard to click too many times. 1000 coins or even 9391 coins can be available. please implement this. its much more easier

When you place them, a text box asks how many coins it needs to open. Currently you have to click ^ or \/ repeatedly.
