Preferences and stuff like that...

Preferences for level :
Time for keys - how much time key is working
Individual or group keys - individual keys - if someone touch red key, red doors opens/close only for him
group keys - if someone touch red key, red doors opens/close for everyone
people limit
how high players can jump - 2-5 bricks
speed of players - slow-fast
and stuff like that

so you are saying that you want to be able to change the level physics?   that acctually might be a good idea, there would be a lot more options for minigames using that.
