the sole purpose of the presitege smilies is to show how good you are at EE, not so that you can get special powers which can screw up minigames.   the only difference would be what it looks like, and maybe some animation.

for the pricing, it should start out moderate, only 1,000 energy, and increase by 1,000 each time you level up.   possible rewards (other than a cool smiley) could be:
-special bricks
-different god glows
-possible a 'ghost'(a copy of your smiley that follows your exact path but is delayed a little)
-ability to change the color your in-game username is displayed in (not the one in chat, the one people see when they press shift or stand still)

meh.   the point is that this is supposed to be a way of showing your dedication to EE, kind of like the big spender smiley, but these can only be bought with energy.

epic smiley, it starts off like a basic and then each upgrade will make it slightly different, until it is transformed into an awesome looking smiley.
