Smiley Creator

Before you say anything, I am going to add onto the idea.

Everyone has been saying they want to make their own smilies. But what if they cheat to get Beta/Unavailable smilies? Well, the Smiley generator should cost 1000-2000 Energy or 50-70 Gems. You can only use smilies you HAVE. So the smiley generator would have the options:

- Eyes
- Mouth
- Color
- Shape
- Other

I will try to make a picture of this...
