Disable code
How about a option to disable the code on a level (no one can get code anymore). The box where normally there's the "enter level code to edit" turns blank. You can turn it on and off.
I don't think it has been suggested before...

Seems a bit unneccesary when you could just write "wsjdaj9sdjiujtj4nhu" for code. Easy.
