Bucket Tool
I do not know if this has been suggested,but,there should be a bucket tool ( Like in paint ) , When you wanna make art on a 400x200 world,it takes ALOT to fill it with dots 
, but, you should be able to fill just 1 area ( like in MS Paint,you draw a square,and you fill the square,just not everything else...
