Smiley creator idea.

Baically, in game you could buy a custom smiley and make it yourself, getting the template, colors, eyes, smiles, etc. and you could make your own custom smiley in game, as well as use it in game.

People STOP MAKING SUGGESTIONS ABOUT SMILEY MAKING, IT'S BEEN SUGGESTED SO MANY TIMES AND DENIED SO MANY TIMES.
