My Idea For A Health Bar

This is my idea for a health bar:
EE health bar.exe
It was made In Game Maker 8 by YoYo games. And It does have a few glitches and bugs that, as far as I know,
can't be fixed in GM. But It's still a good example!

Also the health bar reset button and lives would be some where in the UI. but I just put them in the bricks

NO COPIERIGHT INFRINGEMENT INTENDED.
ALL RIGHTS GO TO THE EE CREW AND YoYo Games.

I don't think players need a health bar.If it's implemented,it will be like other flash games where the players can't really enjoy the game.Because if they fall or run into some sort of hazard,they'll lose heath and then eventually die.And what happens when we lose all our lives?Will we get booted from the world or something?
Just mah 2 cents.

Actualy you just respawn if you die. And it would be only the world owner who can place hazardous, so it couldnt be spammed in that way. No players dont need health, but it would be there for the people who want it. And I supose some sort of settings would need to be implemented- like:
>Health bar: on
>blood: on
>injured sound: on

Why would I put a virus in it? And I have Norton Security pro, so it couldn't have been infected.
But still you can trust that it's safe.

8. why would you turn health on?

boring, if you want a health bar just get code and change all blocks in interface to red or so, then put in a blank or other type of block to show that it's been lost, and the rest is up to you to what you want to do with that.

1. Copy and paste the sprite into paint.
2. Make sure you save in png file.
3. go to imageshack/tinypic or any other image hoster.
4. copy the IMAGE LOCATION, not just COPY.
5. put it in this forum between these two guys.

I did download it and it was easy, but you should really just show it on the forum. Looks cool though.

He is just showing a demo of what it looks like. If it was in game you wouldnt download it.

It's a good idea for different games but it wouldnt fit in everybody edits.

It would be nice if you can activate it before you make the level but it wont be good any other way...Am i right?

it seems my post earlier is being ignored by everyone, so i'll restate it.

if health is optional, then why would a person use it at all?   the only thing it does is make you go back to a spawn point.

i would like to see this made, but only if it were design so that when you touch a spike brick, you are automatically sent back to the spawn point.   this would make for some interesting minigames, but if you had to touch one several times before you died, then there wouldnt be much point to it.
